ZSS600 winder works together with other machines such as extruder, water tank, printer and hauler as a whole production line to wind aluminum composite pipe, PE pipe. Usually speaking, it is the last component in whole plant. And it can be designed and manufactured according to the specific demands. Winding discs mounted on both side of main body and driven by the motor through electro-magnetic clutches work to wind pipes and straps in turn, so when the first disc finish winding, the process can be continue by leading the pipes and straps to the other disc, during the winding, there is enough time to unload the first disc. Two torque motors runs at varied rate to provide tension and pull the pipe or strap promptly; and oscillator’s speed can be adjusted to make the winding pipes and strap in a neat order according to the actual size of pipes and straps. It is compact in construction, highly automotive, great in appearance, and convenient to manipulate. Those features make it a ideal equipment in plastic process industry.
